魯肉飯 Minced Pork Rice
材料:
豬絞肉600g
肥油2兩
紅蔥酥50g
五香粉1大匙
豬皮150g
Ingredients:
600 grams of minced pork
100 grams of lard
50 grams of crisp red onion flakes
1 tablespoon of five-spice powder
150 grams of pork rind
調味料:
醬油3大匙
糖1又1/2大匙
酒3大匙
水900cc
鹽1/2小匙
Seasoning:
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of wine
900 cc's of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
作法:
1.豬皮用水煮20分鐘,切成小丁狀。
2.豬絞肉炒香,加豬油、紅蔥酥、五香粉及調味料,以小火燜煮90分鐘即可。
Preparation Instructions:
1. Boil the pork rinds for 20 minutes and cut into cubes.
2. Stir-fry the minced pork, add lard, crisp red onion flakes, five-spice powder and seasonings, put on low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
